Strategic Plan 2023-28

The First Peoples' Health and Wellbeing Strategic Plan was endorsed by the Board of Directors in July 2023. It reflects the goals of service delivery to meet the diverse health and wellbeing needs of First Peoples. We aim to ensure the right people and skills are in place to support community engagement, cultural healing ways, best practice in innovation, governance, risk management, financial accountability and evidence gathering.
